War and Order Colossus Cost: Crystals and Ancient Relics to Max

War and Order Colossus crystal and Ancient Relic cost for every ability level, plus totals per colossus and for two maxed colossi: 376,800 crystals in all.

Updated: November 2, 2026

The short answer

One Colossus ability costs 31,400 crystals and 1,255 Ancient Relics to take from level 0 to 25. A colossus has six abilities, so one maxed colossus costs 188,400 crystals and 7,530 relics. Two maxed colossi cost 376,800 crystals and 15,060 relics.

The cost is heavily weighted towards the top. The last five levels of an ability take almost half of its crystals, which is the main thing to plan around.

Cost per ability level

Every ability uses the same cost table, whichever troop type you choose. The running columns show the total to reach that level from 0, for one ability.

Where Ancient Relics are charged

Relics are not a steady cost. They appear as four lump sums of 15, 120, 380 and 740, at levels 6, 11, 16 and 21 in the planner. So an ability at level 20 has cost 515 relics, and one more level costs 740.

There is a catch in the data. The Colossus Relic table on our Tables page lists the same four amounts at levels 5, 10, 15 and 20. The total of 1,255 is the same either way, but the level where you need the relics may be one earlier than shown. Check in the game before you plan a relic purchase around one of these levels.

What you get for each stretch

Abilities 1 to 3 cover Attack, HP and Defense for the troop type, and run up to 20%. Abilities 4 to 6 reduce the damage it takes from the other types, and run up to 15%. This table uses the first group to compare the crystal cost of each stretch with the stat at the end of it.

16 to 2010,25013.4%2,050
21 to 2515,00020%2,273

Spreading crystals or rushing one ability

So the last five levels cost about nine times as many crystals per point as the first ten. Whether those points are worth buying is your decision, since this table cannot tell you how much a given stat matters in a fight. It does show the scale of the trade: six abilities at level 15 take 36,900 crystals, only 5,500 more than one ability taken to 25.

Totals and skill unlocks

A colossus also unlocks skills as its six abilities add up: at total levels 50, 70, 90, 110 and 130. The planner's templates fill the abilities for those totals. Skills vary by troop type, and the table shows Cavalry as an example. The data lists no new skill between 130 and the maximum of 150, so the final 20 levels, at 63,000 crystals and 740 relics, only raise ability values.

Templates are one route, not the only one

Costs here are for one colossus, using the template's split. Another split can reach the same total level at a different price, especially around the relic levels. Template 70, for instance, has five abilities at 12 and one at 10, which puts five of them past the 120-relic charge.

Planning with the tool

In the Colossus Planner, choose a troop type for each colossus from Cavalry, Infantry, Archer and Mage. The same type cannot be picked twice. Raise abilities by hand or load a template, and the totals update for both colossi together. You can set a crystal or relic limit that applies across both, and any change that would go over it is blocked. That is useful if you know your budget for a season and want to see what fits.

The planner also shows a dollar estimate beside each total. It is based on average pack prices rather than a price from the game, so use it only for a rough sense of scale. To see what packs contain crystals or relics, search the Packs tool. Your plan saves in your browser with no account, and a Share button copies a link with your plan in it. The planner is not linked to your game account, so enter your current levels yourself.
