War and Order Packs Value: Unit Prices and Azurite per Dollar

War and Order pack value by unit price: first levels are usually cheapest, and azurite runs from 71.5 to 16.5 per dollar. Biweekly timing is unconfirmed.

Updated: November 2, 2026

The short answer

To judge War and Order pack value, compare unit prices, and start with the lowest level of a pack. In WaoHive's data of 89 packs and 483 levels, moving up one level inside a pack raises the unit price in 365 of 394 steps. It lowers it in only 20. Azurite shows the range well: 71.5 azurite per dollar on the first monthly level, down to 16.5 on the $99.99 biweekly level.

One thing we cannot tell you is how often biweekly packs appear, and that matters a lot for any monthly budget. Prices are in US dollars, and none of this data has been verified in the game.

How the packs are split

The table shows what one purchase of every level costs in each tab. These totals are not a monthly figure, because they do not depend on any schedule. Buying every level once comes to $12,405.99, which is a measure of how much the list holds and not a suggestion.

TabPacksLevelsEvery level once
Daily30171$3,855.29
Biweekly35205$6,943.77
Weekly1255$812.45
Monthly1252$794.48

The biweekly schedule is unconfirmed

The Packs tool counts a biweekly pack twice a week. That comes from the source data and has not been confirmed in the game. If these packs actually come once every two weeks, their monthly totals are four times too high.

The size of that gap is easy to see. Marking every biweekly level would show $55,550.16 a month under the tool's assumption, and $13,887.54 under the other reading. Neither is a real budget, but 35 of the 89 packs are in this tab, so a tracker with many biweekly packs can be far off. In the data, 25 of them are simply marked as weekly offers and the other 10 name two days of the week, which does not settle the question. Check how often yours actually appear, and treat tracker totals that include them as possibly too high until you have.

Azurite per dollar

Five packs sell azurite. The first monthly and weekly levels give the most per dollar, and the rate falls as levels rise. The second level of the daily pack is one of the few exceptions, and it beats the first. The biweekly pack's top two levels are identical in the data, so only one is shown. The price per unit says nothing about how many times you can buy, which is the part that depends on the schedule.

A worked example without biweekly packs

Leaving biweekly packs out gives a total that does not depend on the doubtful schedule. Take the first monthly azurite level, the first two weekly levels, and the first two daily levels. The data lists that daily pack on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, so the tracker counts it three times a week, and it counts a month as four weeks.

That selection costs $39.67 a week and $158.67 a month, for 8,940 azurite a month. For scale, Castle 30 to 40 costs 343,410 azurite in the Buildings table, or about 38 months of that spending with no other income. To add it to the Azurite Calculator, divide the monthly azurite by 30, which gives 298 a day, and enter that as your daily average from packs.

Unit prices for other common items

The same pattern holds across items. Of the 34 items sold in the data, 32 have their lowest unit price on a first level, and the tab with the most lowest prices is monthly. Unit prices only compare offers of the same item. Whether an item is worth buying at all depends on what you are working towards.

Reading the data with care

Gem value is not a useful guide. 458 of the 483 levels list about 200 gems per dollar, so it mostly restates the price, and some of the remaining rows look like errors, such as pack 86's first level at 100 gems for $4.99. The 15 levels carrying a Recommended tag are all first or second levels, which fits the unit prices, but the tag comes from the data and we do not know who set it.

Some quantities are not comparable even within one item. Starlight Experience is listed at 20 for $2.99 in one pack and 12,000 for $2.99 in another, which suggests different units, so we left it out of the table. Several packs also repeat their top level.

Using the tracker

Search Packs by pack, category or item, then compare the unit price column for the item you want. Mark the levels you buy and My tracker totals your pack price, weekly and monthly spend, gems and azurite. You can also set a monthly budget, and mark up to 10 priority items so their packs stand out. The tool is not connected to the game or any store, so it only knows what you mark.
