War and Order T14 Troops Cost: Resources, Time and Azurite
War and Order T14 cost per troop: Infantry 1,100 food and 440 wood, Cavalry 573 and 722. Archer and Mage figures are doubtful, and unlocking takes azurite.

The short answer
The War and Order T14 troops cost in WaoHive's data is 1,100 food, 440 wood, 114 stone and 43 iron per Infantry, and 573 food, 722 wood, 145 stone and 58 iron per Cavalry. Training 100,000 T14 Infantry would take 110M food and 44M wood.
Archer and Mage T14 are listed at exactly the Infantry numbers. That looks like a copying error, so do not rely on those two. Unlocking T14 also takes 70,760 azurite from Barracks 40 for Frontline, and 112,800 for Backline. None of this has been verified in the game.
Cost per troop: T13 against T14
Each cell reads food, wood, stone and iron. Infantry and Cavalry look consistent, with every resource rising between 23% and 31% from T13 to T14.
| Troop | T13 | T14 | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Infantry | 891 / 339 / 88 / 33 | 1,100 / 440 / 114 / 43 | In the data |
| Cavalry | 440 / 550 / 111 / 45 | 573 / 722 / 145 / 58 | In the data |
| Archer | 612 / 388 / 100 / 50 | 1,100 / 440 / 114 / 43 | Doubtful |
| Mage | 655 / 655 / 80 / 29 | 1,100 / 440 / 114 / 43 | Doubtful |
Why the Archer and Mage numbers are doubtful
Besides matching Infantry to the digit, these two figures do not follow from their own T13 costs. Archer iron would fall 14%, from 50 to 43, while Archer food rises 80%. Mage wood would fall 33%, from 655 to 440, while Mage food rises 68%.
WaoHive's Dashboard treats Archer and Mage as Backline. If you train them at T14, the safest approach is to read the real cost of a single troop in the game and multiply it yourself. The Speedups calculator will still show Infantry's numbers for these two types until the data is corrected. We have not flagged the T13 figures for these two types, so they are the nearest reference point in the data, but they tell you nothing certain about T14.
Totals for 10,000 and 100,000 troops
Resources scale directly with troop count. Infantry leans on food, and Cavalry on wood. The total across all four resources is 1,697 per Infantry and 1,498 per Cavalry.
| Troops | Food | Wood | Stone | Iron |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10,000 Infantry | 11M | 4.4M | 1.1M | 0.4M |
| 100,000 Infantry | 110M | 44M | 11.4M | 4.3M |
| 10,000 Cavalry | 5.7M | 7.2M | 1.5M | 0.6M |
| 100,000 Cavalry | 57.3M | 72.2M | 14.5M | 5.8M |
Unlocking T14 costs azurite only
T14 comes through the Sacred Barracks levels, which list azurite and no other resources. Each needs the Castle at the same level, so Sacred Barrack III needs Sacred Castle III. The data shows no new tier at Sacred Barrack I, so that step is a cost on the way to T14. From Barracks 40, reaching Frontline takes 70,760 azurite, and reaching Backline takes 112,800.
| Barracks | Unlocks | Requires | Azurite |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sacred Barrack I | No new tier | Castle 41 | 33,330 |
| Sacred Barrack II | T14 Frontline | Castle 42 | 37,430 |
| Sacred Barrack III | T14 Backline | Castle 43 | 42,040 |
Training time, event points and battle power
Only T12 timing has been measured in the game. T13 and T14 use ratios from the source data, so the numbers below are estimates at 180.6% recruitment speed with no title or National. They show T14 taking 40% longer per troop than T13, for 21% more event points and 17.6% more battle power per troop.
So T14 is slower to build up in points and in battle power per Speedup hour. Training 100,000 T14 would take about 4,028 Speedup hours, against 2,879 for T13. If Speedups are your limit, T13 gives more of both by these numbers. If March Size is your limit, each troop's own battle power counts for more, and T14 leads. Battle power is the data's value and not a combat result, so it cannot tell you how a T14 lineup would perform in a fight.
| Per troop at 180.6% | T13 | T14 |
|---|---|---|
| Seconds | 103.66 | 145.00 |
| Gems | 2.23 | 3.06 |
| Event points | 190 | 230 |
| Battle power | 16.5 | 19.4 |
| Event points per hour | 6,599 | 5,710 |
| Battle power per hour | 573 | 482 |
Working out your own numbers
In Speedups, enter your recruitment speed without title and National, choose T14 and add your Speedups, gems or a target troop count. It returns troops, time per troop and per batch, event points and the four resources. Use the Infantry or Cavalry result as it stands, and replace the resources for Archer and Mage with what the game shows. In Buildings, pick Barracks and set a range such as 40 to 43 to total the azurite, then send it to the Azurite Calculator to see how long that takes at your income.
